Update on the Ohio 7 and a political struggle for support
Update on the New Jersey trial of Tom Manning and Richard Williams in Somerville, NJ. Lawyers attempt to withdraw (Bill Kunstler, Ron Kuby and Lynne Stewart) because of venue change to Mt. Holly as the distance from NY is too great to wage an effective defense and due to the conditions in which they are being kept in Trenton State Prison. Additionally the court refuses to pay the attorneys and the court security conditions are overwhelming. The resistance by Richard and Tom forces a postponement. Ray Levasseur and Jaan Laaman remain in Walpole, Carol Manning. Pat Gros, and Barbara Curzi-Laaman remain in Framingham.
